I can also provide the building plans for spec homes that are in the process of being constructed, or consult on ideas for a custom home. Plat maps, surveys, covenent & deed restrictions are helpful pieces of information to have early on in the search for land to build your new home, condominium, or duplex. I can provide you with those documents, and lists of available parcels of all sizes. So whether you are hoping to build on a five acre piece in the country, a new subdivision, or remodel your existing home, I'm here to help!
